She began her musical journey at the age of 12, learning to play the guitar and singing in local venues along the Black Sea coast, often concealing her age. At 15, she moved to Sofia to pursue her musical aspirations, enrolling in the National School of Music. Her breakthrough came in 1996 with the release of her debut album, Fruit from Heaven, which marked the beginning of a successful career in the Bulgarian pop-folk scene.

Over the years, Luna has released numerous albums and singles, becoming known for hits such as "Bягайте крачета" (Run, Feet), "Тук-там, тук-там" (Here and There), and "Искам го – стискам го" (I Want It – I Squeeze It). Her music blends traditional Bulgarian folk elements with contemporary pop sounds, earning her a dedicated fanbase. In 2015, Luna gained additional public attention by participating in the Bulgarian reality television show VIP Brother, where she finished in 11th place.
